Please submit the following form to start the math test process.
Be aware, this process has THREE DISTINCT STEPS and is NOT AUTOMATIC. The entire process may take several days with correspondence and instructions between each step. Within a couple of days after you submit the form and pay your $15 fee, we will contact you with instruction for you to complete the next step and subscribe to and take the math test.

Our program combines 144 hours of classroom training and 2,000 hours of on-the-job training. We also offer a state-registered pre-apprenticeship program for high school students.
