Below are step-by-step instruction on how to access your documents through Flash Point (our student management system). If you are having trouble logging, please send an email to info@iecofutah.com.

Transcripts

To get your transcripts

Go to http://iec.flashpoint.xyz/
Go to “Dashboard” under the “Home” list
Click the printer icon in the top right corner and click “IEC Utah Transcript (Unofficial)” to download your report card
Please note: We do not send official transcripts directly to students. If you need an official transcript sent to another school or to DOPL, please contact our office for assistance.

Tuition Receipts

To get your receipts

Go to http://iec.flashpoint.xyz/
Go to “My Transactions”
Go to “Orders”
Click your desired order
Click the printer icon in the top right corner and click “IEC of Utah Invoice”

Certifications

To upload any certification

Go to http://iec.flashpoint.xyz/
Go to “Certifications” under the “My Employment” list
Toggle to the "Submissions" tab at the top
Click "Submit Certification" and fill out the fields
Click "Submit"

Please note that certifications do not immediately show on a user's profile. A member of staff must approve/deny pending uploads before you will see it.

Qualifying CE credit for Apprentices

Any student that has been enrolled in the IEC of Utah Apprenticeship Program during the licensing period (November to November of even-numbered years) qualifies for 16 total continuing education hours. Contingent upon having an apprentice license and the number being on file, IEC of Utah will upload those hours to DOPL at the end of each renewal period (sometime during September/October). This will allow the apprentice to renew their electrician license. At the beginning of each semester, it is recommended that every student follow the instructions to the left to verify their license number on file is accurate.
