This program is exclusively for IEC of Utah contractor-members to collaborate with one another in an effort to strengthen the workforce by sharing available manpower when business demands fluctuate. Whether your company has skilled apprentices or journeymen available for temporary placement, or you are looking for additional qualified workers to meet project needs, IEC of Utah is there to help with the Electrician Workforce Exchange Program. By working together, members can reduce downtime, support employee retention, and ensure projects stay on schedule while strengthening the contractor network of IEC of Utah.
