Welcome to the IEC of Utah Workforce Hub where you can browse resumes and make requests for extra manpower. If you find you have a surplus in personnel for a time, we can connect you to other member contractors to lend a hand.

Potential Apprentice Bulletin Board

IEC of Utah maintains a database of resumes submitted by potential apprentices. If you decide to hire anyone from this list, we kindly ask that you notify us so we can promptly remove their resume from the list.

Electrician Workforce Sharing

The Electrician Workforce Sharing initiative helps connect member contractors with one another to meet changing workforce needs. Contractors with available employees can lend skilled workers with those experiencing increased labor demands, helping apprentices stay employed, maintain jobsite experience, and keep projects on schedule. This collaborative program supports both contractors and apprentices by providing workforce stability throughout the IEC of Utah community.
