IEC Education of Utah is so excited for you to begin your journey to becoming an electrician! Our apprenticeship program will guide you to learn and master everything you need to get your Journeyman's License. Everything you need to know on how to get started will be found below.
Upcoming Courses
2026 Summer Semester
(1B Offset & 2B Offset ONLY)
Registration opens on April 6 and closes on May 6.
The payment deadline is May 8.
Classes begin the week of May 4 and conclude on August 10.

2026 Fall Semester
(1A, 2A, 3A & 4A ONLY)
Registration opens on April 6 and closes on August 12.
The payment deadline is August 28.
Classes begin the week of August 24 and conclude on December 7.
Late registration will be available from August 19 through August 26.
A late registration fee of $100 will be charged.

Register. Begin registration by clicking the button below. If you cannot add a ticket, registration is closed.
Documentation. First year students must demonstrate math competency before enrollment. Click for more information. Transfer students must send transcripts for approval to transcripts@iecofutah.com.
Payment. Pay your invoice for books and tuition. (NOTE: The first invoice you receive will be $0. This is a confirmation invoice only. IEC will begin sending invoices for fall semester July 1st)
